I spent the whole weekend of 15th & 16th of August trying to do all this On Monday, I decided I needed Help! I tried contacting by chat & got disconnected 3 times.
We both decided that it was part of ExPat shield which he kept deleting & it kept coming back everytime he restarted the PC.

Then I tried the Microsoft phone back option &, eventually, got put through to a UK, Microsoft Technician, in India.. He was very nice & spent over 3 hours trying to get rid of HSS by remote assistance.. Eventually he said that he could not do it & he made me an appointment for a specialist Microsoft technician, on Thursday 20/08/2015.
